About Miguel and Mayana ...
Miguel has grown up with music from a very early age. When he started salsa he felt like he belongs here, he loved the music which inspired him to dance and to create. Because of private tuition with the best in the world Miguel was able to develop his own unique style which has often been described as funky and masculine but not lacking in a gentleness, playful and passionate twist.
The partnership with Mayana especially highlights Miguel’s authentic, Cuban-inspired, macho flair, while Mayana - part of Andrea Stewart’s Duende Dance Company - is luminous and beautiful, with natural elegance.
Combining spontaneity, creativity and professionalism, Miguel always brings fun, relaxed and supportive atmosphere during his classes.
